PRODUCT DISCRIPION ：Heat-seal lacquer RECOMMENDED USE ： used as internal heat-seal lacquer for aluninum metal tray with good heat sealing performance with PP film. Physical Properties COLOUR ：Clear to light gold SOLID BY WEIGHT ： 32±2.0% stoved 30 min @ 180℃ VISCOSITY ： 70±20 secs (Apply #4 cup @25℃) Application Parameters SUBSTRATE ：pretreated aluminum APPLICATION METHOD ：Roller coater, coil coating APPLICATION VISCOSITY ： 60±20 seconds THINNER ： V3008 CLEANER ： V3008 DRY FILM WEIGHT ： 6-8 gsm STOVING SCHEDULE ： 10-20 seconds /241℃（PMT） STIRRING ： Stir the original barrel for 15-30 minutes and adjust the viscosity to a suitable level for the machine. Stir well before use Additional Information HANDLING PROCEDURE ： 5-35℃，store out of sunlight SHELF LIFE ： 6 months @25℃ in original sealed container PACKING SIZE ： 20kg or 200kg/drum ISSUED DATE&VERSION ： 2024.05.30 ； version 04 SPECIAL NOTICE Avoid excessive higher baking temperature and longer baking time |
