Description:
The hydraulic system of the Airport Aircraft Rubbish Garbage Receiving Vehicle adopts a fixed-displacement pump open-center parallel circuit circulation system. It consists of a power unit, control and regulation devices, actuators, auxiliary devices, and working medium. The rated pressure of the hydraulic system is 10 MPa. The pressure gauge mounted on the hydraulic line directly reflects the rated pressure of the system; it has been adjusted before delivery and shall generally not be arbitrarily adjusted during use. 1. Airport Aircraft Rubbish Garbage Receiving Vehicle Power Unit The main power source is a gear pump, driven by the engine through a power take-off (PTO). The PTO output drives the oil pump to operate and deliver working fluid. The emergency pump comes in two forms: an electric pump and a hand-operated hydraulic pump. When the electric pump cannot operate due to power failure, the hand-operated hydraulic pump can be used for emergency operation. 2. Airport Aircraft Rubbish Garbage Receiving Vehicle Control and Regulation Devices The control and regulation devices include pressure valves, directional valves, and flow valves. Relief valve: An electromagnetic pilot-operated relief valve is used. When the solenoid valve is de-energized, the system forms an unloading circuit; when energized, the relief valve sets the maximum system pressure via the adjusting handwheel. Turning clockwise increases the pressure, and turning counterclockwise decreases it. By adjusting the throttle check valve, the extension/retraction speed of the corresponding cylinder can be changed. Solenoid directional valves: There are six units in total, controlling the container body, outriggers, rear tailgate, waste disposal port, and platform (left/right and front/rear). They respectively control container body lifting/lowering, outrigger retraction/deployment, tailgate opening/closing, waste disposal port opening/closing, and movable platform left/right movement and front/rear telescoping. Check valves allow oil to flow in only one direction, preventing backflow. Bi-directional hydraulic locks are installed next to each outrigger to ensure reliable locking of the outriggers in the retracted or extended positions. One of the outriggers is equipped with two throttle check valves to make its action the slowest, and position limit switches send signals to the system to ensure each outrigger cylinder is fully extended in place. In the container body lifting/lowering circuit, a throttle check valve is used to adjust the lowering speed. Turning clockwise increases the lowering speed, and turning counterclockwise decreases it. 3. Actuators The hydraulic actuators include: Container body lifting/lowering cylinder Outrigger retraction/deployment cylinders Tailgate opening/closing cylinder Waste disposal port opening/closing cylinder Movable platform left/right and front/rear movement cylinders The tailgate cylinder, waste disposal port cylinder, and platform cylinders are all double-acting piston cylinders, with corresponding solenoid directional valves switching to control the respective vehicle functions. Hydraulic locks are incorporated in the tailgate, waste disposal port, and platform front/rear movement systems to ensure reliable stopping of each actuator. The container body lifting/lowering cylinder is a single-acting plunger cylinder, with a hydraulic lock installed at the lower end to ensure stability and safety when the container body stops at the desired position. An exhaust bolt is provided at the top of the cylinder. The outrigger cylinders are four single-double-acting piston cylinders, mounted at the four support points of the chassis.
