If you’re ever brave enough to drive in Cairo, Egypt, you'll need to do it like schools of fish do — fluidly, dangerously close to other cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, busses and Vespas; on the shoulder of the road when possible, making certain to ignore the signals and lines that have been laid out by the Egyptian government whenever possible.
